We drove from Barcelona to Madrid, roughly 600 Miles. Joanie and I joked about how it reminded of us of driving to Vernal, nothing but bare desert for 550 of those miles.
Madrid was nice but Barcelona was better.
Then we went to Segovia but didn't stay that long. The Roman Aqua Duct was way cool read about it here.

From there we then drove South of Madrid to Toledo. This was by far the coolest and most unique place I have ever been. Walking the stone streets of a Roman Fort. Just amazing.
